Dimensions boast 39’ x 70’ with 16’.6” walls + 24’.6” to ceiling peak with ample space for additional lighting within the ceiling rafters. The Studio can be heated during the off-season or kept cool with air conditioning on those warm summer months. Our insulated 20’ x 14’ roll-up door can be closed or left open to the natural elements. The Studio also offers LED lighting, 2 man door entry/exits (fire safety exits) and discreet mini trap doors for that extra electricity from mobile gen sets and other electrical needs ideal for our friends in film.
Other Film-Friendly Features:
The polished slab floor was constructed using 5” level concrete with 10 mil steel reinforced on a 12” grid. The Studio Walls are insulated using Safe and Sound Roxul Insulation and the ceiling was insulated using a spray foam with an R value of 38. The Studio will leave an impression on your guests.
